Internal Fundamentals a Worry

Market is having a concern,whether the budget session will take place in a smooth fashion.Corruption and JPC probe is putting pressure on the ruling government to take some stringent action.There is still uncertainty about the budget session.I would recommend to stay away for some time,till the dust settles.For traders every rise should be used to go short on the market.Today NIFTY closed at 5312,near its intra-day low.For tomorrow one may...
1.) BHARTI AIRTEL (CMP-333.33) - Buy for a target of  340 with a STL of 330.
2.) HINDZINC (CMP-1226.65) - Buy for a target of 1246 with a STL of 1214.
    NOTE : For an Investor HINDZINC can be a good bet.So one may think of accumulating HINZINC say for          an horizon of 12 to 18 months.

Market in weak hands

Last week,NIFTY(CMP-5395.75) closed near its 5 month low.Bad sentiments and global recovery is diverting FII's interest from the Indian market.But remember,India story is based on strong fundamentals,so one should buy in this market slowly and steadily.The overall trend for near term  in the market is down.On NIFTY keep a STL of 5457 and go short,say for a target of 5314.
1.)TATA MOTORS (CMP-1150.85) - Short for a target of 1128 with a STL of  1164.
2.)L&T (CMP-1570.05) - Short for a target of 1556 with a STL of 1584.

Yesterday,NIFTY(CMP-5505.9) opened at lower level of 5452.55 and further made a low of 5416.65.Lot of events happening around,which are dampening investor's confidence and in turn the sentiments of Equity market.So any rise upto 5550 should be utilized to go short.For tommorow,NIFTY may go upto a level of 5563 on higher-side and 5452 on lower-side,it may even test 5416.65.
